The growth and credibility of the firm is due to the vision and efforts of the original Partner who founded the firm single-handed in 1967, after some 23 years in Service as Accounts Officer of Indian Airforce. He continues as an active Partner and guides the firm on strategic matters.

Mr. C. H. Sreedharan B.Com FCA
(Managing Partner – Admin)

Mr. Sreedharan was previously General Manager in Vijaya Bank before he joined as a Partner. He plays an important role responsible for all administrative matters. He also plays an advisory role for Assurance Practice and Bank Audits.

Mr. Joseph Phillipos B.Sc., FCA, FCMA (London), CPA (Australia), FTIA (Australia), Post Graduate Diploma in Tax (Melbourne)

Mr. Joseph Phillipos manages our branch overseas. He was with the firm in India from 1979 to 1989. Joseph's overseas exposure ensures that the firm's Indian operations are able to track and keep abreast of overseas developments in professional accounting.

Mr. C. P. Philipose B.Com FCA (Senior Partner)

Mr. Philipose retired as Finance Director of Shalimar Paints Limited and then joined the firm. He provides guidance relating to Assurance Practice and Business Advisory Services

Mr.B. Issac B.Sc FCA (Executive Partner)

Mr.B.Issac, is a 1988 chartered accountant with about 10 years of experience in heading the finance function of companies in large Indian Corporate Groups like RPG Enterprises and the Thapers. He brings a wealth of expertise, having handled the finance portfolio in such diverse businesses as engineering, commodities, food and IT enabled services. He joined M/s. James Joseph & Co. , 4 years ago which has merged with Phillipos & Co. He is now a regular Partner of the firm.  

Mr.James Joseph B.Com.FCA (Senior Partner)

A Chartered Accountant since 1993, James Joseph served 6 years in Usha Telehoist Ltd, as Chief Accountant and afterwards he moved to Bechdel International as its Chief Accounts Executive for 2 years. 8 years ago he started the firm James Joseph & Co., which has merged with Phillipos & Co. He is now a regular Partner of the firm.

Mr.Suresh Kumar A.K. B.Com FCA MBA(AUS) (Executive Partner)

Mr. Suresh Kelappan , a chartered accountant since 1994, with an MBA from Australia , has about nine years of experience working closely with Chief Executives of large companies. He brings with him rich experience in setting up and running financial systems in large organisations which coupled with his training in management and accounting, gives him a deep insight into systems and processes that drive business. After serving 4 years in industry he joined M/s.James Joseph & Co., in 2000. With the merger of that firm with Phillipos & Co., he is now one of the regular Partners of the firm.
