Phillipos & Co. is a firm of Chartered Accountants founded in 1967 by Wing Commander Alexander Phillipos, after his retirement from I.A.F. Accounts Branch with 23 years service. Since then the firm has grown to become one of the top Indian firms of Chartered Accountants down South. The firm currently has 9 partners, 24 paid staff and seven articled clerks. The firm has an overseas branch in Australia .

Over a period of 37 years the firm has developed a rich and vast data and knowledge base in Assurance Practice, Tax Practice, Corporate and Secretarial Services, and Business Advisory Services.

The firm is empanelled with the following statutory authorities;
•  The Reserve Bank of India for audit of central and branch statutory audit of nationalised and public sector banks,
•  The Comptroller and Auditor General of India for statutory audit of Public Sector Undertakings, in both Central and State sectors.
•  The Life Insurance Corporation, and General Insurance Corporation, for central and branch statutory audit of these organisations

The firm is actively engaged in statutory audit, internal/ management audit,investigation and special assignments, tax practice, corporate and secretarial services, business advisory services, business process outsourcing, setting up accounting systems and preparation of accounts manual and standard operating practices and payroll maintenance.
